Burlington Business Networking Exchange (2026) Exhibitor Table Request

Sign up here if you are interested in being selected to hold an information table at our 2026 Burlington Business Networking Exchange being held on July 10rd, 2026 at the Centennial Hall (Burlington Public Library).

What to Expect?

  • You will be provided a 7 foot table to display your products and services.
  • You will be given the option to provide a mini presentation. Ideal time is between 5-8 minutes. The maximum time allotted (cut off) is 10 minutes which will include your introduction and your mini presentation.
  • We are  expecting (conservatively) approximately 100+ people to attend.
  • Doors are officially open between 9:30 am to 4 pm.
  • You are encouraged to arrive at 9 am to start setting up your table. The library opens at 9 am.
  • We need to be out by 4:30 when the library closes their doors.
  • You are encouraged to provide a little something in the small gift bags (60 bags), for the first 60 people to arrive.
  • Your name will be associated with the $50 door prize at the end of the event.

Details

* Priority will be given to Building My Wealth members (subscribers).
* We need to follow Burlington Public Library policies, which include no exchange of money, purchases, and business transactions during the meeting. We need to stay within the room. * Your presentation must stay within 10 minutes. Ideal time frame is 5-8 minutes.
* If you want to bring food or beverages at any time, please speak with the host first because the library has more policies regarding that.
* Please check with the host if you require plugging in something. since outlets are extremely limited.
* The table length is approximately 7′.
* Price: $60 per table.
